This program is not...
…another program to do and then forget about, a quick fix or a short-term high, a short-lived experience of magical connection that then sends you crashing down again into your everyday life without a roadmap.
It is a journey of homecoming that connects heaven and earth by combining the sacred WITH the practical, the Body, Mind AND the Soul, the ethereal and divine, WITH the grounded and mundane. We will not just hear about mystical law or spiritual concepts. We will work on a deeper understanding of how to apply the ancient mystical principles to your individual situation, your practical every-day challenges. This requires radical self-honesty and devotion, but it is a path of deep fulfillment taught in mystery schools since the ancient times of the Essenes around Yeshua ben Joseph and Mary Magdalene.
We combine constellation work (a powerful tool for uncovering hidden dynamics) and trance work (to access deeper layers of consciousness) in an intimate small-group setting, where you’ll receive personalized guidance and the encouragement you need to stay committed.
Each session is designed to activate healing and transformation at the deepest level, helping you move beyond knowledge into practice and real change.

Over the first 4 weeks, you will be gently guided through an understanding of why it is so important to master the MIND, why it is the foundation of your Purpose and Power in this world and how to apply the sacred principles of Mastery practically in your everyday life.

Each Gateway will open you to one of Sophia’s seven mysteries, helping you to bring forth healing into your challenges so that your Purpose can start to emerge into tangible form.

Meet the facilitator
My background and training comes from 15 years of experience as a psychologist in academic research and psychological as well as spiritual counselling, trainings in Systemic Constellation, trance and hypnosis work, along with 7 years with the Pamela Aaralyn Mystery School program and Mystical Academy.
Having been born in Germany, a country that has largely forgotten its spiritual roots and its connection to the sacred Feminine, my heart is moved by a deep reclamation of the seemingly lost Wisdom and Power of the Divine Feminine (for example, the Magdalene rose lineage) and the sacred mystical principles passed down from ancient times.
When I am not exploring the beauty of Dance through ballett training, my passion is in guiding my clients beyond the limitations of their consciousness to liberate themselves from old fears and pains.
My goal for you is that you will reclaim the forgotten Power of your true original Purpose, so you can actively realize your deeply fulfilling Soul's plan.
Why? Because...
...for a long time, I too felt this Divine discontent. I felt as if I wasn't really living my life but the life of someone else. As if I was wearing a mask and never quite realizing some deeper potential that I couldn't quite put my finger on. But beneath the depression, the self-doubt, and lack of true connection to something deeper, there was a longing that kept me going.
My CV started to look quite chaotic and I did not really feel a sense of belonging anywhere. It took me a while and several awakenings, mystical experiences, and sometimes painful or challenging initiations until I found my spiritual home with my teacher Pamela Aaralyn, among other very powerful Souls who walked the path alongside me as teacher, guide, healer, or student. Today I know we are not meant to walk this path alone.
So I brought together this course - to give spiritual seekers, modern mystics and lightworkers who long for deeper consistent (re)connection to their Spark the safe, sacred and simple blueprint to their Power, Purpose, role and gifts. As well as the safety of an accepting welcoming community because I had and still have this, too, and it makes all the difference. Because truly, we all walk each other home.

What's inside the Journey
We will start the program with a live welcome session where we will gather together in ceremony to connect with the Divine Feminine principle of Sophia, and get to know each other.
After that, you will receive access to a new module with several short teaching videos every 2 weeks. This way, you will have enough time to go through the teachings and apply them to your practical every-day life with the suggested practices.
In addition to this, we’ll meet for one weekly live session, which will either be a Q&A circle (every 2 weeks) or a constellation session (every other week).
In addition, you will find a dedicated community area (NOT on facebook or any other social media, but within a closed, safe member-only space for distraction-free learning and exchange), where you can get to know your fellow travellers and new-found soul family members, and will be able to ask questions any time, also outside of our live Q&A circles.
In the Q&A circles, we will come together to discuss open questions about the material and you will have the opportunity to find help should you feel stuck or struggle with how to apply the content or suggested practices to your personal situation. This is why this group program is designed for a smaller, safe and welcoming group – the learning and activations really happen in the application to your personal challenges, and with the support you will receive.
In the constellation sessions, we will gather together in sacred ceremony to do the mystical healing work directly with our ancestors and the spiritual field.

What you’ll learn in the 4 modules
Module 1: Initiation into the sacred temple
By entering the sacred temple with your fellow travellers you’ll begin your journey towards Purpose. You will deepen your understanding of what Purpose and Mission really is, how they connect with your gifts and abilities, and where you are currently at on your journey towards them. You will also take the first practical steps towards your true Soul's Purpose and Power.
Module 2: Understanding the Self
You will continue to follow the first decree of the Mysteries (“Know thyself!") by going on a deep quest of understanding the Self: You will learn about what your current life challenges have to do with your Purpose, and how they directly point towards who you are in your personal Power.
Module 3: Grounding your personal Power
With the help of the first 3 Keys of Sophia associated with the more worldly Themes of Consciousness of the base, sacral and Solar Plexus centres, you will start to activate the foundational Gates of Power within you to help you physically ground your Purpose, Power and gifts.
Module 4: Returning to Unity
With the remaining 4 Keys associated with the Heart, Throat, Third eye and Crown Power centres, you will start to reach out to your Divine Mastery, to elevate and enliven your essence and connect with the “higher octaves” of your Purpose, Power and gifts.
The program is not meant to overwhelm you or end up being just another item on your To-Do list. It is meant to keep you engaged with the deep work and practices with the consistency and deep support that is necessary for real results. To this aim I have designed it to bring together the best of two worlds – pre-recorded material with a new module released every 2 weeks you can go through at your own pace without stress or overwhelm, and a community to connect with any time in the community area and during lives, while there is still highly individualized support available should you want it.
You may plan to have about 1-2 hours/week to go through the material and put the suggested practices into practice or listen to the activation meditations – with two weeks for every new module, you will have ample time to complete everything at your own pace. All live sessions are recorded. However, it is highly recommended to attend live to get the most out if it, especially the constellation circles where the real magic becomes much more tangible when you are in the (virtual) room. The live sessions will take place in the evenings (Berlin time) or week-ends (Saturdays) to accommodate for busy work schedules and different time zones as best as possible.

What are the 7 Keys of Sophia and why are they so important?
Your Soul wants you to remember who you are, it wants you to embody your Purpose and access your Soul's Power to succeed in your role in this lifetime. The 7 Keys are your direct access to this Power. They are the little helpers of Spirit so to speak to help you embody your Soul's Power. They represent the goodness that is available to you because of your true Divine Nature. They will, for example, help you differentiate between your Soul's true guidance/intuition and your Ego's illusions or distractions. Or they may help you perceive a conflict or challenging situation through the eyes of the Divine which may help completely dissolve them. This is where your true Power lies. With the keys, your relationships may heal, your communication may improve, your spiritual gifts may open up, or you may remember your past or parallel lifetimes. With the keys you will become stronger, more resilient and develop the Soul esteem necessary to walk your path as the bearer of light that you are. In this sense, the Keys aren't even a nice-to-have, but an essential part of any serious spiritual path, and they have been taught since ancient times - although they are not as popular or well-known today as they really should be!
I’ve taken many spiritual courses before. How is The 7 Keys of Sophia different?
Rather than only looking at one aspect and forgetting the rest, this program follows the mystical law of three in comprehensively integrating Mind, Body AND Soul which are all necessary components of Mastery on your path towards true Purpose and gifts of the Soul. Also, the journey blends an understanding of the ancient mystical laws and wisdom with grounded psychological embodiment practices, activation meditations and spirit-led group constellations to ensure transformation that lasts beyond inspiration. Lastly, this program combines the best of two worlds: not only will you journey within a group and thus receive community support, but also within an intimate enough setting that it will feel almost like 1:1 support should you want it.
I’m new to spirituality. Is this still for me?
Yes. Although it might be helpful to be familiar with some basic spiritual terms and concepts, this journey is experiential and meets you wherever you are on your path. The principles we follow are universal and do not follow a hierarchy of "more or less advanced". So whether you are beginning to explore or have walked the path for decades, you will receive exactly what your Soul is ready for. The only prerequisite is a truly felt inner calling towards this work. What if I can’t attend every live session?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You’ll be able to revisit them at your own pace. Many participants find that rewatching brings deeper insight and activation, although for the constellation sessions especially, attending live is strongly recommended to connect with the energy "in the (virtual) room" more viscerally.
How much time should I plan to devote each week?
Plan for about 1–2 hours per week for the teachings, practices, and reflection. You will have two weeks to integrate each new module. However: this path honors depth, not speed, and everything you learn is meant to continue to be applied to your life and path after completion of the program. Also, remember that you will have access to all the program material and replays for a full year after program start.
Is this program religious?
No. The 7 Keys of Sophia is rooted in universal mystical wisdom — it transcends dogma and welcomes all paths, traditions, and belief systems. The energy of Sophia, the Divine Feminine Christ Consciousness, is a representation of the love and wisdom of Cosmic Mother, which is beyond religion.
What kind of community can I expect?
It is my intention that this will be a private, sacred space filled with kindred Souls — compassionate, open-minded, heart-centered individuals walking the same path of remembrance. The circle is meant to be small and intimate to ensure everyone feels seen and supported.
Will I get personal support for my specific situation?
Absolutely. You will have the opportunity to share reflections and get your personal questions answered in the community space or during our Q&A circles. You will receive intuitive and practical guidance to help you integrate the teachings into your everyday life.
What happens after the 8 weeks are over?
You’ll retain access to all program materials and replays for continued integration for at least 1 year from program start. Many participants find that the work continues to unfold for months after completion as a journey into true Soul Mastery of Purpose and gifts will naturally not be complete after 8 weeks. However, you will leave with lifelong tools to help you navigate your path with clarity and grace. Moreover, even after the program ends, you will continue to be a part of my growing community dedicated to their Soul's Mastery.
Are there any prerequisites for being able to work with the suggested practices (e.g., are there any movement practices when working with the Body that might not be suitable for everyone, or anything that requires certain gifts or spiritual abilities)?
No. All suggested practices are kept safe, sacred and simple to be accessible to everyone. For example, working with the Body may simply mean connecting with proper breathing during a meditation to calm the nervous system etc.
